What should I expect in my first therapy session?

During your first therapy session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what’s brought you to therapy, and exploring your goals. We will also review any assessments you’ve completed beforehand, answer any questions you may have, and start building a personalized plan to support your journey. Our goal is to make sure you feel heard and comfortable from the very start.

Do you offer Teletherapy?

Yes! We provide Teletherapy sessions for those who prefer the convenience of therapy from home. As long as you’re located in Utah during the session, we can meet virtually.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill at the end of each month if you’d like to submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We do take most HSA cards.

What is the cost?

Do you see teens?

Yes, we work with clients aged 13 and older.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, or the full session fee will apply. We reserve this time for you, and it’s difficult to fill on short notice. If you’re feeling unwell, we can always switch to a Teletherapy session instead of meeting in person. In cases of true emergencies, please reach out, and we can discuss options.
